General Terms and Conditions
In cases there are not enough participants, the agency reserves the right to cancel the booked service upon prior customer notification (at least 7 days before arrival) and guarantees the refund of the complete paid amount for that service.
In the event that a participant causes problems, exhibits aggressive behavior towards other participants or organizers, the agency reserves the right to remove them from the camp and accommodation without the participant being able to file a complaint or request a refund.
The participant must inform the organizers in advance of all information related to special diets, injuries, illnesses or allergies so that the agency can organize, if possible, special conditions for that person in a timely manner. If the person does not provide this information in a time, the agency is not obliged to organize special conditions for the participant.
The agency reserves the right to change or cancel the booked service if before or during the duration of the camp, special conditions occur that cannot be avoided or eliminated (illness, natural disasters: earthquakes, floods, fires, droughts, special weather conditions, wars, strikes, acts of terrorism and restrictions issued by the government: mobilization, ban to exit the country, etc.)
Each reservation holder has a right to file a complaint if the paid services were not provided. If the services provided are not satisfactory, the reservation holder is required to immediately notify the Agency about the inadequate service and file a complaint on the day of his/her arrival at the location to the service provider and to inform the Agency by email or via phone. The reservation holder is obligated to cooperate with the Agency representative as well as with the service provider in a well-intentioned manner so that the cause of the complaint can be resolved.
If upon arrival the traveler is not satisfied with the state of the accommodation and leaves the accommodation on his own initiative and finds another accommodation without giving the agency a chance to resolve the issue, correct the cause of the discontent, or find another accommodation for the reservation holder, the reservation holder does not have a right to request a refund or make a claim for compensation, regardless of the fact that his/her reasons were justified or not.
In the accommodation provided by the agency, the participants are required to keep the common areas they share with other camp participants clean.
In the event that a camp participant breaks or damages any part of the accommodation they are staying in during their stay, they are required to bear the full cost of repairs.
The organizers of the camp are not obliged to organize the way of arrival or departure to/from the location where the camp will be held.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- the traveler must pay partial payment within 15 days after the reservation (partial payment is 30% of the full price)
- the rest of the money can be paid anytime till the start of the camp.
- we accept two payment methods: bank transfer of credit card.
- the traveler must fill the application form no matter how the payment was made for his best experience
INCLUSIONS IN THE PRICE
The price is included:
- the accommodation and meals listed in the description of the camp
- activities listed in the description of the camp
- the service of fitness coach
CANCELLATION TERMS
- after completing any payment, the reservation is non-refundable.
- participants are required to attend the camp during the selected and reserved term.
- if a participant is unable to attend, they may:
o transfer their booking to another available term (subject to availability), or
o transfer their spot to another person.
